4C Ashton is operated on a not-for-profit basis by CCCD, a small charity and company limited by guarantee. To sustain and manage the centre for the benefit of the whole community we have a legal duty to cover the operating costs and to invest in our activities.

Our room hire operates on two pricing categories: Standard and charitable. The booking system will allow you to make a provisional booking and we will email you to confirm it and the charge.

Standard Rates

Tuesday - Friday, 09:00 - 15:00

Main hall £33 per hour (inclusive of VAT at the standard rate)
Meeting room £26.40 per hour (inclusive of VAT at the standard rate)

Tuesday - Friday, 15:00 - 20:00 & Saturday - Monday 10:00 - 20:00*

Main hall £45 per hour (inclusive of VAT at the standard rate)

Charitable Rates

We offer discounted room hire prices, solely for not-for-profit community organisations, registered charities and sole traders running regular, fitness and wellbeing groups for the community. You may be asked for evidence of this status.

Tuesday - Friday, 09:00 - 15:00

Main hall £26.40 per hour (inclusive of VAT at the standard rate)
Meeting room £16.50 per hour (inclusive of VAT at the standard rate)

Tuesday - Friday, 15:00 - 20:00 & Saturday - Monday 10:00 - 20:00*

Main hall £38.40 per hour (inclusive of VAT at the standard rate)

Please note, payment must be made at least 28 days prior to your booking. For bookings within 28 days, payment must be made immediately. Bookings will be cancelled if payment is not received within 14 days of your booking.
